Diamond Roofing and Duran have been phenomenal! I was given a quote that was HALF of everyone else.Yet their work was still top notch! I was told it could be 2-3 weeks (normal for the area). Diamond Roofing sent a crew of roofers to my home (Andrea Kruse, 11833 Roubaix Lake Road, Lead,SD, 57754) on 5/13/2026. I was pleasantly surprised and amazed the crew completed the new roofing of my home in one day. They were very well behaved, well managed, and quick to accomplish the task.

In late August  2025 baseball sized hail hit our neighborhood  in the Black Hills.  Homes and cars were damaged everywhere!  Numerous roofing companies descended on the area, some of which were not honest. We had thousands of dollars worth of window damage.  However,  I felt that my impact resistant shingles did pretty well.  I had one company come out, and the guy instantly said my roof, soffit,  and siding were destroyed. He went as far as say he’d have to remove my soffit , and he was not sure about keeping the lighting. We had zero damage to any soffit or siding.

A few days later, Ken and one of his business associates from Diamond Roofing came out and checked our roof for damage. After coming down from the roof, they told me that they were amazed at  how little damage there was if any. It was their opinion that I did not need a new roof.  I really appreciated the honesty.  A few days later, USAA insurance sent out their catastrophic damage team. I did not tell them what Diamond Roofing had found.  The insurance adjusters also agreed that my roof had a little to no damage.

I can’t say enough about Diamond Roofing’s  is honesty and integrity. No doubt who I’ll be choosing when it comes time to replace my roof.!!!!

I am so thankful for their accommodations to get the job done quickly so I can sell my house and for them to work with me on a tight budget to pay them after closing the sale on the house. The crew were fast and quick while being very efficient on replacing the gutters on the house. They got the job done in 1 day from morning until the job was complete. Diamond roofing was phenomenal to work with. We needed our roof replaced on our motel and we contacted them. Marilouise was the rep and we told her specifically what we wanted, concerns and time frame we needed it to be done. Her response was that it wouldn't be a problem. She was awesome to work with. Crew came in on a Saturday and was finished by Sunday. Fernando 's crew was great. Those guys were so nice and courteous. That also, worked their tails off. Plus, crew cleaned up after themselves. We couldn't tell they were ever here. Diamond roofing is a class act outfit that I recommend. Thank you, all!!

Diamond roofing has replaced roofs on two of my very large Skilled Nursing Facilities and managed the other subcontractors for us.  They were very respectful to our residents and staff.  The job was done timely with no issues.  One of them was four hours away from Rapid City where we couldn’t find a local contractor that was responsible and reasonable to work with. I will use them going forward on any of my projects on the 27 buildings I run.
